1 ½ cup gluten free flour mix (any kind)
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon xanthan gum
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Uses:
Cream sugar with butter and shortening until smooth. Add eggs and beat well. Add all remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
